Why South Africa Needs Liivra
South Africa's property market is fragmented. Listings are scattered across Property24, Private Property, dozens of agency websites, and Facebook groups. Renters waste weekends driving to viewings only to discover the unit looks nothing like the photos. Buyers have no reliable way to compare prices across platforms. There is no single source of truth.
Virtual tours are still a luxury reserved for high-end estates. The average rental listing offers three grainy photos and a vague description.
