Apply securely
Submit the application form once — employment, referees, ID — and it reaches only landlords you apply to. Deposit pays into Liivra Pay escrow, held in a regulated trust account until move-in.
Move in safely
On move-in day, confirm in-app. A 7-day CPA cooling-off window protects you if anything is materially wrong. After that, deposit is released to the landlord — minus nothing but the agreed escrow fee.
