Browse rooms
Switch the feed to Rooms mode. Filter by suburb, max rent, housemate type (students / professionals / mixed), pet rules, quiet hours. Each card shows rent, bed count, and the existing housemates.
See housemate profiles
Every existing housemate in the house has a verified profile — photo, age range, student vs professional, lifestyle tags, and reviews from past landlords + housemates. Know the vibe before you commit.
Video call + vet
In-app video call with the house lead or the existing housemates. Ask about house rules, guests, utilities, cleaning rota. Same-day scheduling, no external tools.
Split the deposit
Multi-party Liivra Pay escrow: each incoming housemate pays their share into the same trust-account hold. All shares held together, released together. 1.5 % or R 150 min per deposit.
Sign the lease + addendum
Rental Housing Act compliant. House lead signs the main lease; each room-sharer signs an addendum covering their room + shared-space rules. All signatures in-app, all timestamped, all POPIA-logged.
Move in safely
On move-in, confirm in-app. 7-day CPA cooling-off applies to room-sharers too. Once confirmed, each room-sharer’s deposit releases on their own timeline — you’re not locked into the house lead.
