Browse for sale
Toggle the home feed into buy mode. Filter by price band, suburb, school catchment, and property type. Only verified listings from identity-checked sellers surface.
Get an AI valuation
Every listing shows a market estimate — Lightstone-backed sales data, 8–20 live comparables within 2 km, a confidence score. Know what it is worth before the agent tells you.
Compare your shortlist
Heart what interests you. Open the Compare grid to see price, features, location, trust scores side-by-side. Toggle "only differences" to cut the noise.
Offer via escrow
When you are ready, submit an offer in-app. Your deposit routes into a TradeSafe trust account — never the seller, never Liivra. Held in trust until suspensive conditions clear.
Attorney-managed transfer
The seller’s conveyancing attorney pulls the OTP + deposit from TradeSafe. Bond, transfer duty, and registration happen off-platform but you watch the progress bar in-app.
Keys handed over
Transfer registered at the Deeds Office. Seller releases the keys. A 0.5 % escrow fee (capped R 29 999) comes off the OTP at release — every other rand goes where it should.
What it costs to buy on Liivra
Far less than a traditional 6 % agent commission. One escrow fee, one bond-originator referral if you need a home loan.
