Yes. Searching, touring, saving, comparing, and applying for properties is free for tenants and buyers. We charge Landlords, Sellers, and Agents for publishing Listings and for value-added services like 3D captures or AI Valuations. See the Pricing page for current plans.

South African card payments (Visa, Mastercard), EFT, Paystack, Ozow, Stitch Pay for subscriptions, and crypto (via NOWPayments) for select plans. Rental and deposit payments route through Liivra Pay escrow, held in a law-firm trust account under the Rental Housing Act. All prices are in ZAR and include 15% VAT.

Yes. Agent Solo, Agent Team, and Agency subscriptions are month-to-month with no lock-in — cancel any time from your dashboard. You stay active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges apply. No exit fee or minimum term. Pro-rata refunds are not standard, but we review case-by-case via the complaints process.

Liivra Pay holds tenant deposits and rental payments in a regulated law-firm trust account until both parties confirm the deal. Funds are released automatically on lease countersign (for deposits) and monthly on due date (for rent), with full FIC Act audit trails on every movement.

Yes. Agent plans require a current Fidelity Fund Certificate from the Estate Agency Affairs Board (now the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority, PPRA). We verify the FFC at onboarding and revalidate annually. Listings from agents without a valid FFC are delisted.

Yes. New agent accounts get a 14-day free trial with full access — portfolio sync, inline TPN screening, analytics dashboard — no credit card required. Convert to a paid plan any time during or after the trial.

Your listing is automatically deactivated after 180 days. You can relist at any time for another R 2 500. If you relist within 30 days, your photos, description, and enquiry history are saved — just confirm and publish.
