Enhance with 360° or 3D
Optional add-on after publish. Capture a walkthrough on your phone: R 79 for a 360° virtual tour, R 99 for a 3D dollhouse, R 149 for the bundle. Listings with tours get noticeably more inbound.
Get the Verified badge
Liivra’s identity-verification pipeline runs a one-time check on your ID + proof of address against Home Affairs records. R 99 one-off. The badge shows on every listing and applicants are roughly twice as likely to apply.

Vet applicants inline
Start with a free property-specific affordability and risk assessment when the applicant has consented and supplied bank-statement evidence. Optional TPN checks remain available for deeper third-party screening. The assessment supports your decision — it never auto-accepts or auto-declines a tenant.
Collect rent and deposits safely
Deposit on the record with Liivra Secure (free) — the tenant’s money is held in your own or your agent’s trust account off-platform while Liivra keeps a tamper-proof ledger and signed evidence. Monthly rent auto-debited via Stitch DebiCheck if the tenant opts in. Earnings dashboard shows every cent that cleared.
