Get the Verified badge
Smile Identity runs a one-time KYC check on your ID + proof of address. R 99 one-off. The badge shows on every listing and applicants are roughly twice as likely to apply.

Live suburb averages, comparable listings, demand curves. Dashboard nudges you ("Rosebank average is R 8 200, yours is R 8 500") so your listing doesn't sit idle.
Vet applicants inline
TPN credit + employment + criminal checks without leaving the app. R 399 per applicant, paid per screen. Approve or decline with a custom message; the tenant sees status live.
Collect rent and deposits safely
Deposit held in Liivra Pay escrow (1.5 % or R 150 min). Monthly rent auto-debited via Stitch DebiCheck if the tenant opts in. Earnings dashboard shows every cent that cleared.
