One bedroom is situated on the ground floor level, which has it''s own bathroom. A further bedroom is downstairs, one room with one double bed with its own bathroom for the flat space. The lower room has doors which can open up onto the patio that leads to the river.About the house:The three story house offers spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen, there is a scullery and laundry room at the back of the kitchen. Just down some stairs a stunning bar and indoor braai area is available for the indoor entertaining days as well as the main TV lounge. This space is extremely diverse with doors opening up onto a patio facing the river as well as on the other side of the room, door opening up to the wood fired hot tub.
