Leading into the cottage is an open plan living area with built in cupboards and small kitchenette with space for an appliance, no oven or stove is included and tenants will be required to bring their own as per their requirements. Bathroom with shower only. There is space for one vehicle on the driveway, however this is not secure or behind a gate and is an open parking area A maximum of 1 cat will be considered, no dogs will be considered unfortunately
