It offers convenient access to various attractions and amenities. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach Jan Rabie tidal pool, which is great for swimming, or take a 20-minute stroll to Onrus Beach for sun and sand. If you''re in the mood for shopping or catching a movie, the Whale Coast Mall is just up the road.The studio itself is a dream come true, situated in a central location within walking distance of the Onrus Trading Post with grocery stores and resturant. It has all the essentials, so all you need to bring are your suitcases and braai wood. The studio features a communal braai area with a portable braai, and you can relax indoors with amenities like Fiber and a SmartTV so you can sign into your own streaming accounts. The kitchenette includes a little gas stove, microwave, air fryer, and fridge.The open-plan kitchen and dining area are filled with natural light and provide seamless flow to the bedroom. The studio has one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower. For added convenience, on-street parking in front of the home, a wheelchair-friendly ramp, and a private entrance to the studio. In case of load-shedding, the studio has a backup power system to ensure essential amenities stay connected.Monthly Short-Stay BookingsPlease note before enquiring:Booking Period & AvailabilityPlease contact the agent to confirm availability.This property is available for short-stay bookings only, with a minimum stay of 1 month and a maximum stay of 3 months.Monthly bookings, if available, are offered only until 30 November.Monthly bookings are not available during the December and January peak season.Unfortunately, we do not accommodate viewings on Short Stay unit.Payments & DepositsA half-month rental is required as a breakage deposit, refundable after the spring clean inspection.A 50 of the booking fee will be payable to secure dates, the remaining 50 payable 30 days before arrival.A spring clean fee applies to all bookings of 28 days or more.Utilities & ServicesThe following are included in the booking fees: Fibre AlarmWater and electricity are included however, usage is monitored. Should consumption be considered excessive, the owner reserves the right to recover additional costs.For stays exceeding 28 days, guests are required to arrange their own housekeeper at least once a month.Occupancy & Property UseThe property accommodates a maximum of 1 guest.The property may be shared with the owners or other guests, with separate private entrances for each unit.Not suitable for children under the age of 12.Garage access is not available.There is no washing machine on the property guests are required to use a local laundromat.Linen, Towels & SuppliesOne set of bed linen and bath towels is provided for the duration of the booking.No additional linen or towels are supplied.Guests are required to bring their own beach towels.This is a self-catering property. Housekeeping services are not included and must be arranged privately by the guest.Pets & SmokingStrictly no pets are permitted.Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.Entertainment & InternetGuests must log in using their own streaming accounts, such as Netflix and DSTV Stream.GeneralRates are quoted per unit and are subject to change without notice.
