Fully equipped kitchen. Large open-plan living area with a dining area for 8 to 10 and comfortable lounge area with TV with DSTV decoder for Netflix etc.On the other side of the house is a small flatlet with inter-leads into the main house. The flatlet has a large bedroom and ensuite bathroom up a set of stairs and DSTV decoder for Netflix etc. The bottom floor has a kitchenette and seating area, including a large sleeper couch to sleep 2 childrenteenagers, and a further TV with DSTV decoder for Netflix etc.Small, well-behaved pets are allowed but their own beds must be used and they are not allowed to sit on the furniture. Any damages will be for guests account.Downstairs: A self-contained unit with private entrance 2 beds, 2 baths 1 ensuite with a single, separate sleeper couch to sleep a childteenager. The living area is open plan and has a seating area, dining table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a Smart TV in the sitting area. There is also a lovely deck to entertain on.There is a shaded carport area for 5 6 cars.Please be aware that there are stairs leading from the parking area down to the house which will not suit people with physical limitations.George airport and Mossel Bay are both only 15 mins drive away.
