Agent PPRA/FFC verification
Add your PPRA Fidelity Fund Certificate to earn the Verified badge on every listing.

Estate agents in South Africa are regulated by the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Verifying your credentials with Liivra proves you're a legitimate, registered practitioner — and rewards you with a badge on everything you list.
What you verify
You add your valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) — the certificate the PPRA issues to a compliant property practitioner. Liivra checks it so buyers, sellers and landlords can see you're the real thing.
How to verify
- Go to Account → Verification (or complete it during agent onboarding).
- Choose Verify as agent (PPRA).
- Submit your FFC details.
- Once confirmed, the Liivra Verified badge applies to your listings.
Why it matters
- The badge appears on every listing you post — an instant credibility signal in a crowded market.
- Each seat on an Agency plan must hold its own valid FFC, so a whole agency verifies, not just the principal.
- It combines with identity and ownership checks for the strongest trust stack on the platform.
Keep your FFC current — verification tracks a valid certificate, so renew it with the PPRA before it lapses.
