Filtering

• Location — suburb, area, or map region.
• Price — your budget range, in ZAR.
• Beds & baths, property type, and amenities.

Typing a suburb or feature is forgiving — the search handles partial words and near-spellings, so you still get sensible results if you don't type it exactly.

AI-matched ranking

On top of the filters, Liivra ranks results by how well they match you — your budget, location, and the lifestyle signals you've given it. The best-fit homes surface first, rather than a raw list in no particular order.

This matching is intelligent, not magic: it uses AI to understand intent and, where a listing lines up with what you're looking for, lifts it. If a smart-ranking signal isn't available, search still works perfectly on your filters — it degrades gracefully, never breaks.
