July 2026 — Launch
Liivra goes live as South Africa's AI property marketplace. Highlights in the box at launch:
- AI-matched search + daily saved-search alerts — tell us what you want once; we alert you (in-app, email, and WhatsApp where you've opted in) when a match lands.
- 360° & 3D tours — walk a property from your couch before you drive to it.
- Verified identities — in-house KYC (SA-ID OCR, face-match, liveness) on every profile; PPRA/FFC confirmation for agents.
- Liivra Pay escrow — deposits held in a registered trust account (powered by TradeSafe) until both parties confirm.
- AI for listers — AI quality score, AI valuation & smart pricing, ad-hook angles, the Agent Performance Dashboard, and Amplify (photo → branded social video).
- Instant Buyer Match & Coming-Soon — match new listings to buyers who raised their hand, and warm up demand before you publish.
- 11 official languages, across the app and website.
