A single segmented control switches the whole app between Rent / Share and Buy / Sell. Room shares are a sub-category of Rent — not a separate tab — so you set your intent once and everything (search, filters, alerts, pricing) adapts.

• 11 official languages, live across the app and website — switch any time in Profile → Settings → Language.
• ZAR pricing, SA suburbs, POPIA-compliant data handling, and PPRA/FFC verification for agents.
• SA payment rails — Paystack, Ozow, and instant EFT. Deposits route through Liivra Pay, held in a registered trust account (powered by TradeSafe) until both parties confirm.

Free where it matters

Searching, saving, touring, and applying are free for tenants and buyers. Listers pay only to publish: private landlords from R279 (90 days), private sellers R1,999, and agents from R499/month.
