Owner approval of tours

Nothing immersive publishes to your listing without your say-so. Every captured tour passes through a review you control.

The three states

A captured tour moves through three states:

1. Pending — the tour has been captured (by you or a creator) and is waiting for your review.
2. Approved — you've checked it and published it to the listing. It's now visible to house-hunters.
3. Rejected — it's not right, so it doesn't go live. You can have it recaptured.

How to review

1. Open the pending tour on your listing.
2. Walk through it as a house-hunter would — check every room is captured, oriented correctly, and represents the property well.
3. Approve to publish, or reject to send it back for a recapture.

Why the gate matters

• You stay in control of how your property is represented — especially when someone else captured it.
• It catches gaps, wrong rooms, or poor lighting before a buyer ever sees them.
• Approved tours attach to the listing and lift the AI Quality Score; a rejected one never reaches the public.

Approve only what you'd be happy for a serious buyer to walk through — the tour is often their first real impression.
