Verified Identity tiers

Trust on Liivra isn't all-or-nothing. It's a ladder: the more you verify, the higher your tier and the stronger the badge people see next to your name.

The five tiers

• None — no verification yet.
• ID verified — your identity is confirmed (SA-ID, face match, liveness).
• ID + DHA — identity confirmed and cross-checked against Home Affairs.
• Ownership verified — you've proven you own the property you're listing (see Verified Listings).
• Fully verified — the complete picture: identity, DHA, and ownership.

Why climb the ladder

• Your tier shows as a badge on your profile and listings — house-hunters and landlords trust higher tiers.
• Some actions (like listing a property or receiving a deposit through Liivra Pay) are smoother, and safer, at higher tiers.
• For agents, verification combines with your PPRA/FFC check to earn the Liivra Verified badge on every listing.

How to move up

Each tier is unlocked by completing the matching check under Account → Verification. You can climb at your own pace — do the ID check first, then add DHA or ownership when you're ready. Nothing is shared without your consent.
