Publishing on Liivra is a guided 6-step wizard (7 if you add an immersive capture). Most listers go live in under 10 minutes.

The six steps

1. Type & intent — rent or sell; house, flat, townhouse, room, and more.
2. Details & pricing — beds, baths, size, and your asking price or rent.
3. Amenities — the features buyers and tenants filter on.
4. Proximity — what's nearby (schools, transport, shops).
5. Media — photos, floor plans, and an optional 360°/3D tour.
6. Review & publish — a pre-publish report with your AI score, price check, and ad angle.

AI works alongside you

• AI Quality Score — an 8-dimension ML model coaches your listing as you build it (photos, description, completeness) and the score is saved to your listing on publish.
• AI Valuation — our own ML valuation model (not a third party) estimates the market value with a confidence range and comparable sales, stamped on the listing when it goes live.
• Ad-hook card — Liivra picks the strongest angle for your listing so your marketing leads with what sells.

What it costs

• Private landlord — R279 for a 90-day placement (one-off, no monthly lock-in).
• Private seller — R1,999.
• Agents — listings are included in your plan (Solo 50 active / Team 200 / Agency unlimited).
