A home is only as good as its neighbourhood. The Neighbourhood Fit Score tells you, on a scale of 0–100, how well an area matches the way you actually live.
How it works
- Take a short lifestyle quiz — what matters to you: schools, transport, green space, nightlife, safety, shops, and so on.
- Liivra weighs the points of interest (POI) around a location against your priorities.
- You get a Fit Score out of 100 for the area, with the factors behind it.
It's a calculation, not an opinion
The score is deterministic — it's computed from real points of interest and how you weighted them, not a vague "vibe" or a paid placement. Two people with different priorities get different scores for the same suburb, because it reflects your answers. Change your priorities and the score updates.
Using it
- Compare shortlisted areas objectively before you commit to viewings.
- Pair it with saved searches to focus alerts on suburbs that actually fit.
- Let it challenge your assumptions — an area you overlooked might score higher than the one you had your heart set on.
