Earning PropCoins

You earn PropCoins for the actions that make the marketplace better — completing verification, keeping listings accurate and complete, responding to enquiries, and other good-practice signals. Coins are credited to your balance as you go.

Redeeming them

Redeem your PropCoins against things that help you sell and let — the redemption options are shown in your rewards area. The more consistently you earn, the more there is to spend.

Your Property Standing Index

The PSI is a standing score that reflects your track record on the platform — verification, listing quality, responsiveness, and reliability over time.

• A higher standing signals to house-hunters and peers that you're a serious, trustworthy operator.
• It rewards consistency: sustained good practice builds standing that a one-off can't.
• It ties into how your listings are perceived and surfaced.
