Viewing immersive tours
Walk a property from your phone before you ever book a viewing.

When a listing has an immersive tour, you can explore the whole property from where you are — long before you spend an afternoon on an in-person viewing.
How to view a tour
- Open a listing that shows an immersive-tour badge in the Liivra app.
- Tap the tour to enter it, then look around each room — pan, and move between rooms.
- A 360° tour lets you look around from each point; a 3D Dollhouse lets you move through the model like a walkthrough.
The in-app tour viewer is the best way to experience a property in full — smooth, room-to-room, on the device you already search on.
Why it's worth it
- Shortlist smarter — rule properties in or out without travelling.
- See the real layout — how rooms connect, where the light falls, the true sense of space that photos flatten.
- Book with intent — when you do book a viewing, it's because the tour already sold you on the place.
Not every listing has a tour yet — but the best-marketed ones increasingly do, and they're the ones worth seeing first.
