When you want a listing seen faster, promotions push it in front of more of the right buyers. Both are live on web and in the app.
Spotlight
Spotlight lifts your listing to the top of relevant search results and tags it as featured, so it stands out in the feed:
- 7 days — R199
- 30 days — R799
Spotlight is per-listing. Buy it when a property is new, price-adjusted, or you need momentum before a show day.
Home Hero
Home Hero places your listing in the hero slot on the Liivra home screen — the first thing house-hunters see when they open the app:
- 1 week — R999
It's the highest-visibility placement on the platform, ideal for a flagship listing or a launch.
How to promote
- Open the listing you want to promote (web dashboard or the app).
- Tap Promote.
- Choose Spotlight or Home Hero and the duration.
- Pay through the Liivra payment gate (Paystack card, Ozow instant EFT, or bank transfer).
The promotion goes live the moment payment clears, and your listing shows a countdown to when the placement ends. All prices are in ZAR and VAT-inclusive. Track the lift in views on your Performance snapshot.
