The documents

You'll find Liivra's full set of legal documents in the legal centre, including:

• Terms of Service — the agreement between you and Liivra for using the platform.
• Privacy / POPIA Statement — how we handle personal information (summarised for you in Privacy & POPIA).
• Cookie policy — the cookies the site uses and your choices.
• Acceptable use — what's allowed, and what isn't, on the marketplace.
• FAIS disclosure — our role and compensation when we make a bond referral.

How to read them

• The legal centre is the canonical, versioned copy — always defer to it over any summary.
• Each document shows its version and last-updated date.
