Verified Listings (ownership)
Prove you own the property you're listing — an add-on that earns the ownership badge.

The single biggest risk in online property is a listing for a property the lister doesn't control. Ownership verification closes that gap: it proves the person listing has the right to.
What it does
Ownership verification checks your claim to the property against the official record, so the listing can carry a Verified Listing badge that buyers and tenants trust.
Cost and how to add it
- R299 add-on per listing, paid through the Liivra payment gate.
- Add it from the listing, or during the wizard, under Verify ownership.
The ownership check runs against the live property-ownership oracle at launch.
Why it matters
- A Verified Listing badge signals the property is genuinely available from someone entitled to offer it — it stands out in search and converts better.
- It's a prerequisite for the Ownership verified and Fully verified rungs on the verification ladder.
- Combined with identity and (for agents) PPRA/FFC checks, it's the strongest trust stack a listing can carry.
Verified identity says this person is real. Verified ownership says this property is really theirs to list.
