As you build a listing, Liivra scores it in real time — so you publish a listing that ranks and converts, not one that sits.

How it's scored

The Quality Score is produced by Liivra's own machine-learning model, not a checklist. It weighs eight dimensions of your listing:

• Photos — enough, high-resolution, well-lit.
• Description — length, detail, and clarity.
• Completeness — the core facts a searcher filters on (price, beds, baths, size).
• Amenities — how fully you've tagged what the property offers.
• Location detail — suburb, proximity, and points of interest.
• Pricing — how your asking price sits against the market (ties into the AI Valuation).
• Media richness — floor plans, a virtual tour, or an Amplify video.
• Verification — whether the listing and lister carry trust badges.

Reading the coach

Each dimension shows a status and a specific, actionable prompt — "Add two more photos of the kitchen", "Your price is 8% above comparable listings". Fix the prompt, and the score updates instantly. There's no guessing what "good" means.
