Your money dashboard shows the full picture — revenue in, deposits recorded against your deals (and who holds each), and payouts on the way.

Earnings

Dashboard → Earnings (/dashboard/earnings) gives you:

• Revenue KPIs — what you've earned, this month versus last, at a glance.
• A monthly chart — your income over time.
• A payment ledger — every completed payment, with its purpose and status. A succeeded payment always reads as paid — never a stale "pending".
• Recorded deposits — the deposits on your active deals, showing who holds each one (you, a managing agent's or conveyancer's trust account, or an insurer) and your role on the deal.

Every amount is shown in rand (R), VAT-inclusive.

The deposit ledger

Dashboard → Transactions (/dashboard/transactions) is the detail view of deposits recorded through Liivra Secure: a deposit paid to its holder, recorded, then returned or lawfully deducted per the agreement. You can see each deposit's state — recorded, returned — so you always know exactly where a deal's deposit stands and who is accountable for it.

How your deposits are protected

Liivra never holds a deposit — the money sits with its holder (you, a managing agent's or conveyancer's trust account, or a deposit-protection insurer), never in Liivra's pocket and never in a stranger's. What Liivra provides is the record: an append-only ledger, signed evidence from both sides, and a free Rental Housing Tribunal dispute pack if things go wrong. There's no escrow fee, because Liivra doesn't touch the money. The full mechanics are in Liivra Secure.

Getting paid out

Payouts of your Liivra earnings (commission, fees) flow to your linked, verified bank account. Keep your banking details current so payouts land without delay.
